What to expect at your first visit
The first session of therapy is an important one. It's where we get to know each other and set the course for making the changes you want in your life. You'll meet with one of our therapists, fill out some initial paperwork, and the journey will begin.
Therapy is a very individualized process, but usually your therapist will get to know you and your concerns, and together you'll set a goal and make a plan for how you're going to move forward. Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. The number of sessions and how often you meet varies based on your needs and what's bothering you.
